Property Search

Whether you are looking to rent or buy, your relocation consultant will research and advise on the type of properties that are most suitable based on your budget, location preference, if any, and other personal factors that need to be accounted for.  As well as local transportation and amenities.

Once a shortlist is formulated and agreed with you, we will arrange to view properties on your behalf.

Upon your finalisation of a property, we will liaise with you and the estate agent to ensure a smooth process through to completion.

Property Viewings

This service is suitable for those who have found a property or multiple properties of interest, but would like assistance with the viewing.

Whether you are looking to rent or buy a property, we can attend site to carry out the viewings on your behalf as well as take photographs and a video.  An independent report on the property viewed will be provided.

Key Collection 

With your permission, a key collection can be made on your behalf from the estate agent. However, this service will be dependant on the area of where your new home is.

School Search 

We understand that searching for a school is an important, but complex task when relocating.

Whether you are considering a public or private school for your child/children, we can assist you with either.  Our research will include searches for primary and/or secondary schools based on your requirements.

An information guidance pack will be provided, this will include details such as, exam results, Ofsted ratings/reports, as well as any other statistical and performance related topics for you to review.

Daily Essentials (food, drink, and toiletries), dependant on area

Discuss or provide your relocation consultant with a list of your necessities.  It could be simple items like, milk, eggs and bread, and/or anything else that may be useful to have prior to you moving into your new home.  Any items that require refrigeration, will of course be placed inside the refrigerator/freezer (subject to site conditions).

Products will be purchased from all the major supermarkets, such as Asda, Marks & Spencer, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose based upon your overall budget.  However, if you have a supermarket preference, then this must be specified when placing an order.

Private Airport Transfers

All bookings are made with a licensed taxi to transport you directly from the airport to your new home or your chosen destination.
